Can we just mention that the genetic sequence for the PCR test also included some genetic sequences for a few flu strains? along with other corona viruses???

Never calibrated either for cycles...because they never had the actual viruses.

In October 2020 I sent an open email to Nicola Sturgeon complaining about her unscientific mishandling of Coronavirus. I hadn’t properly joined all the dots myself at that stage. Needless to say nothing came of it but it is of interest in the context of flu disappearance as it captured ONS statistics of the time showing that flu and pneumonia were causing far more deaths than “Covid”, see https://principia-scientific.com/open-letter-to-scotlands-first-minister-on-mishandling-of-coronavirus/.

Didn’t go anywhere just got renamed and weaponised!

While I can't speak to the flu testing or viral competition issues, I was asked during epidemic to look at Illinois' Covid records and found they followed the Fauci Scam School of Medicine Primary Method of Misdiagnosis. The state changed their definitions and created a classification of "Covid like Illnesses", shortened to "Covid". Viola, no flu. If only nature went by Fauci's ever changing Medical Dictionary. From a poem about Fauci "With all these years and all these tears, you'd think we'd have a trick or two. Just go home, and do not roam, we'll see ya when you're blue."

Didn't you hear? Climate Change killed off the flu but only for the time that covid deaths needed to be high enough to convince the public to go along with draconian lockdowns

Viral interference is a perfectly credible theory to explain this. Not everything is a scam.

Think about how one SARS2 variant out-competes and eliminates another. Why should influenza not be affected too?

Eugyppius talks about it here https://t.co/1FqZVYYx2Y

Just made this comment on this on CW:

Of course the flu did not disappear. As a side issue, it was evident from the UK Zoe data that omicron was a different virus from the original SARS-Cov2; 4 of the 5 main symptoms were different (and milder), it had a shorter incubation period, and different infectivity period. All similar to a common cold. Also, people like me who had prior immunity to Sars-Cov2, did get omicron, which suggests our immune system thought it was a different virus. Yet it was used by the UK government to created fear and extend restrictions, even though South African doctors (where it had originated from a bio-lab) a said it was very mild compared to SARS-Cov2.

Please just look at the German sequencing data by the RKI that I linked in your other article.

I can extract the data to CSV for you but only if you are interested, since it'd mean a lot of work.

There simply wasn't a lot of Influenza B going around it seems.

Is that strange?

Yes!

Were sequenced samples positive for SARS-CoV-2 instead of Influenza B?

I don't see that making any sense whatsoever.

If you disagree, just get into the details of the assays that are being used and show the homologies in the sequences in question.

There should even be raw sequencing data available that would let you demonstrate this.

Thanks will definitely read it

Where did the common cold go during the Covid event? I cannot remember the last time I heard someone simply say “I have a cold.”

2011 The W.H.O. - "The repeated pandemic health scares caused by an avian H5N1 and a new A(H1N1) human influenza virus are part of the culture of fear.1–3 Worst-case thinking replaced balanced risk assessment. Worst-case thinking is motivated by the belief that the danger we face is so overwhelmingly catastrophic that we must act immediately."
