Suppose that vaccines could take place at night, then we have 1 in 1000 chance of stroke and 17500 15-minute windows for it to happen in.
The result would be a 1 in 17 million chance of coincidence.
Now, as stated vaccines don't happen at night, but strokes do.
So over 60% of the strokes happened at a time when vaccines couldn't have coincided with them.
Or, in other words, less than half the strokes which occur in each 6 month interval are in the day.
This reduces the number of eligible strokes as candidates for our analysis, which gives a figure of a 1 in 2500 chance of a daytime stroke.
It does not increase the chance of the two happening at the same time.
So the resulting chance is still 1 in 17 million, not 1 in 7 million.
For confirmation of this, suppose that the vaccine is always given in the same 15 minute window every 6 months.
Now, only the strokes in this time period are relevant, by your approach, we have 1 interval and 1 in 1000 chance of stroke.
Leaving us with a 1 in 1000 chance of coincidence. If this were true, we would expect thousands more people to have strokes afterwards if we used a strict vaccine schedule.
Which is fairly absurd.
Assuming the 17 million figure, the number of expected events is 2.5 times lower.
Then, if we factor in the severity of the stroke, since not all strokes result in permanent loss of brain function, and the apparent lack of comorbidity, it becomes clear that this event was probably caused by the vaccine.
On the topic of analysing the increase in risk, theoretically we could compare the record of daily strokes to local vaccine schedules.
If the covid shots and boosters are clustered on specific dates, then we can compare the raw stroke figures from before and after to find patterns.
Assuming such data exists and is available to the public.

A woman in her early 70s took both shots back in 2021, and a few weeks later suffered a clot to the heart. It meant time in hospital and medication ever since.....until the clot broke up and travelled to the brain. Back home after another hospital admission, but not to get better, to await 'release'. The lady ascribes her heart clot to the jab, but what redress will there be for the family after 3.5 years. So many people know of people affected, becoming fatalities, be they family friends or neighbours. And what would the arrogant and treacherous government and NHS say in all probability? There's no proof it was the jab....coincidence, time interval, person aging, any other 'excuse'.
This is so frustrating. Personally my thoughts were screaming that it must be the vaccine. It can be hard to tell if we came to the conclusion we wanted fairly.
