I'm wondering if Andrew Bridgen et al could proceed with charging MHRA with attempts to pervert the course of justice? Given MHRA are clearly attempting to engage in a criminal cover-up (by a violation of 'clean hands' - show us your hands are clean, MHRA!), it could very reasonably be argued what they're now attempting to do is cover for what they know is criminal harms.
I.E. MHRA know the data makes them look criminal, so they refuse to turn over the data, and then fabricate the claim the shots are safe, which perjures their position - essentially, abusing a position of authority to cover-up either for their own crimes, or that of others.
I'm wondering if Andrew Bridgen et al could also proceed with civil litigation to force them to turn over the documents, as is their obligate responsibility to MPs?

Why are people still shocked or annoyed when YT take down a video which counters the narrative? It's a state controlled (not owned) platform. The phrase "does not meet community standards" is just BS cop out. YT are told by various agencies what to remove and what to leave. My proof you ask. None. But it's a simple explanation. Can you find which community standard(s) are broken by such videos, especially when you consider the speed with which the take down occurs.
